One of the initial comments we receive is on the ease of use and installation of EZeService. The following are some snap-shots of screens for your perusal. There are a number on this page so it may take a few minutes to download. A comment prior to each snap-shot will explain. This is obviously a small sample of the screens you have access to with EZeService.

1. System Navigator is the main menu into the system and re-configures itself depending on your industry type so that the terminology is relevant to the industry group you have selected within EZeService.

For example this screen-shot shows Professional billing when selecting the Other industry in EZeService. Notice the icons on the left hand bar and compare these with the next screen shot, which shows when selecting the Motor Vehicle industry in EZeService. Also on the right is an example of the Job Control centre. It displays a job or quote summary in an easy to read format which may be sorted by simply clicking on the heading.

When selecting the Motor Vehicle repairer industry in EZeService not only do some of the icons change but the terminology on the Equipment master changes significantly to suit this industry.

... and many more industries. In fact over 60 different industries use EZeService to assist them with their Job Management functions some of which are already represented in the terminology database.

2. Customer Control Centre is a customer focused view of information in EZeService. Within 3-4 keystrokes you have the full information about a Customer eg Equipment, Job History, Parts and Labour and Invoice/Receipting.

3. Booking form to enable speedy scheduling of jobs. Create a job on the fly or book existing jobs into the Schedule. Display by All Technicians or a specific Technician by 14 days. Drag a job from the Job Control Centre or the Customer Control Centre onto the booking grid to automatically record a booking.

4. To-Do List displays all a users to-do's in a convenient format, highlighting overdue items, all relating back to a job, thus allowing tracking of tasks.

5. Job Input displays all the relevant information regarding this job and categorises them using tabs. You only have to enter information on this form where it is relevant to you and the job being processed.

6. Equipment Maintenance allows you to define critical information about the equipment that you service. You do not have to have equipment to raise a job in the system. Equipment is a term only and can be changed in the terminology database.

7. Technician Maintenance allows you to define varying charge-out and cost rates for a range of user-definable labour categories.

8. GateWay Wizard - ensures all relevant information has been completed prior to starting using EZeService.

To find out more about EZeService why not download the slide-show or the full evaluation software complete with demo data.
